Every day, first responders, including police officers, firefighters, emergency medical technicians, and others, work in their communities with dedication for the safety and well-being of their communities. They routinely respond to stressful and potentially traumatic situations, often putting their own lives in danger while making split-second, life-and-death decisions. They rely on their training and experience to make the right call.

The modern first responder confronts the major social issues facing our cities, towns, and rural areas. Law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS workers, and emergency dispatchers serve on the front lines of our communities. These disciplines working together seamlessly on significant incidents have become commonplace in our country.

The Actionable Innovation Institute℠ will be the first of its kind organization specifically created for all first responders to learn, train, and prepare in settings where they perform their functions, side-by-side, to improve their skills and understand the role of each first responder.

The AII℠ was founded to be an educational and immersion environment for all the men and women that wake before sunrise to put on their physical or virtual uniform.

The Mission of the Actionable Innovation Institute℠ is to improve the skills and knowledge of every first responder and to integrate the knowledge and skills to function as a cohesive unit on emergency scenes.

The curriculum will be derived organically without political interference or monetary compromise.

The Actionable Innovation Institute℠will be more than “just a school”. It will flourish across our great nation as a validation & training center for all responders FD, PD, Military and the like including end users such as healthcare, educational, commercial, house of worship, government – a think tank for new approaches & life safety related technologies.

Every day brave men and women awake before sunrise to don their uniforms to serve and protect our communities. It is our mission with the creation of the AII℠ to enable these individuals to maximize their tools as well as provide new technologies previously thought impossible.
